Need for Speed Shift

Ages ago I was complaining about the Need for Speed series taking a turn to SHIT. Well, the latest incarnation has almost restored my faith; NFS:Shift is great fun. I don't have a driver's license and the closest thing to real life racing I've ever been is go-karts. Therefore I don't REALLY know how a Porsche Cayman or Bugatti Veyron handles but with the latest NFS I might have a clue. Don't get me wrong, Shift is by no means a simulator but it's no longer pure arcade either. It takes a lot of practice to master the Zondas and Ford GTs and whatnot. Even more practice for me because I use a gamepad to drive but it's a lot of fun. There's a little victory in every corner.
